About the app
Cozy Bottles is a puzzle game. No player account is required. Core gameplay works offline; advertising, purchases, purchase restoration and web pages need network or service availability.
Data stored on your device
Progress, settings, purchases and reward records are stored on your device to run the game, provide purchased content and prevent duplicate grants. The game does not upload its own gameplay diagnostics or offer account-based cloud saves. Deleting the app normally removes its local data; device backups may retain copies.
Advertising
Versions with advertising use Google AdMob and Google’s consent service. Advertising availability and personalization depend on your app version, privacy choices and service availability. Where advertising or consent services are used, Google and participating advertising partners may process approximate location derived from your IP address, device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic information. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, service operation and improvement, and fraud prevention.
Ads may be requested or preloaded before you choose to watch one. Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve data processing. Personalized advertising may combine permitted information with data from other services. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps. Applicable consent forms identify advertising partners.
Your advertising choices
In versions offering personalized advertising, applicable regional consent and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission are required before accessing the advertising identifier or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Regional consent does not override refusal of Apple’s permission; Google does not send the advertising identifier in ad requests after ATT denial.
Where available, use Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices to review or withdraw consent and exercise supported opt-outs. Manage Apple tracking permission separately in your device Settings. Depending on your choices, region and service availability, ads may be non-personalized, limited or unavailable. Privacy forms may require an internet connection.
Purchases
Apple processes payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase and ownership records are kept locally to provide content and prevent duplicate grants. Apple handles its information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Unity’s purchasing service may process purchase details and receipts, device identifiers, and diagnostics for purchase reporting and analytics.
Support and deletion requests
Email support@bugcraftlabs.com for support, privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete support information. We receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you send. Gmail provides the email service under Google’s policies. In-app reporting opens an email draft for you to review and send.
We delete customer support messages once the issue is resolved and they are no longer needed for support or legal obligations. Provider-managed backups may retain copies.
Provider retention and updates
Google and Apple retain information under their own policies; see Google’s retention explanation. Use their privacy-request routes for records they independently control. We update this policy and its effective date when our practices change.
